Terms & Conditions: I agree to the terms & conditions listed here: Event takes place at 203 East Main Street in Lebanon Ohio on Saturday, Sept. 28th, 2024, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Soul Sidekick Boutique will advertise the event on local cable and social media. Your 10x10 Craft Booth will set up on the outdoor space surrounding the Soul Sidekick Studio building or on South Cherry Street for 9/28.  Registration: Fee is $50.00 payable in full at time of registration. (Discounted Returning Vendors Registration Fee is $35.00). After registration, if you are unable to attend, Vendor agrees to give at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation so the sponsor may fill the space.  Set up/Tear Down: All vendors are to set up between 7:00am - 9:30am; and break down after 6:00pm. Vendors may pull their vehicle into the lot to unload starting at 7:00am and must move vehicles out of the lot by 9:30 am. Festival will open at 10:00 am. Vehicles can park on Cherry Street or nearby lots. Soul Sidekick Boutique will provide assistance with parking, loading/unloading. Equipment/Materials: Vendors are to supply their own tents (10'x10' maximum), tables, chairs, etc.  Additional Terms & Conditions: The above named business/organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Sidekick Studio LLC and its owners, agents and employees from all liability, claims, demands or costs, for or arising out of the operation of a vendor booth during the Lebanon Handmade Festival. Payment: Payment invoice will be sent once your application is approved.
