Call for Vendors! Crafters, Makers, Artists - register for the Lebanon Handmade Festival

We are now FULL for 2026! Sign up for 2027, we will invite you to the 2027 festival!

Festival Date: Saturday in September 2027 10:00am – 6:00pm     Date will be set soon!

Registration Fee for a 10x10 space: $75.00

Returning Vendors Fee: $55.00

Setup: Starts at 7:00AM. 

Terms & Conditions: I agree to the terms & conditions listed here: All festival communications will be sent to you via email. Event takes place (location TBD) in Lebanon Ohio on a TBD Saturday in 2027, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Soul Sidekick Boutique will advertise the event on local cable and social media. Your 10x10 Craft Booth will set up on the outdoor space TBD.  Registration: Fee is $75.00 payable in full at time of registration. After registration, if you are unable to attend, Vendor agrees to give at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation so the sponsor may fill the space.  Set up/Tear Down: All vendors are to set up between 7:00am - 9:30am; and break down after 6:00pm. Vendors may pull their vehicle into the lot to unload starting at 7:00am and must move vehicles out of the lot by 9:30 am. Festival will open at 10:00 am. Vehicles can park on Cherry Street or nearby lots. Soul Sidekick Boutique will provide assistance with parking, loading/unloading. Equipment/Materials: Vendors are to supply their own tents (10'x10' maximum), tables, chairs, etc.  Additional Terms & Conditions: The above named business/organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Sidekick Studio LLC and its owners, agents and employees from all liability, claims, demands or costs, for or arising out of the operation of a vendor booth during the Lebanon Handmade Festival. Payment: Payment invoice will be sent once your application is approved. Over 50 Local Artisans, Crafters, Artists, Makers, & Food Trucks

The Lebanon Handmade Festival, sponsored by Soul Sidekick Boutique, is a unique event designed to be a crafters’ market to help connect local artists and crafters of beautiful things to people who appreciate the unique and handmade. It’s a perfect opportunity for crafters and artists to set up a booth to show and sell their work to our local community.

 

We are looking for creators of everything from handmade soaps, clothing, jewelry, glass art, wood works, knitted items, handbags, paper crafts, and food trucks. We are within the Lebanon DORA limits, making the event one where people can enjoy going vendor to vendor, with DORA drink in hand.
