Soul Sidekick has a two physical locations in Ohio and an e-commerce site. Our main shop is located at 203 East Main Street in Lebanon, OH 45036. Look for the giant angel wings outside our building. We also have a pop-up shop on Saturday and Sunday's at Findlay Market in downtown Cincinnati located at 1801 Race St. Cincinnati, OH 45202. On Fridays and Saturdays, our Lebanon location is open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can also request a private shopping party by appointment.

Orders are normally shipped the within 3 business days after they are placed with us.

We offer USPS Services for shipping at the following rates. USPS Priority Mail no Signature* $10.40 USPS Priority Mail with Signature $13.50 *USPS Priority Mail covers up to $100 insurance, however, we are not liable for parcels received with no signature that are marked delivered but not received. Call or email for other shipping options or needs.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay with one of our e-gift cards available for purchase.

We travel around the country selecting the best in quality, unique or custom, handmade pieces. We ensure that all our raw products are 100% natural and authentic. Our collection includes sought after crystals such as selenite, black tourmaline, and a wide variety of quartz, amethyst, amber, larimar, agates, and jaspers. Many of the stones that make our pendants come from Bali, Indonesia, Brazil, the Baltic Region and Australia. These include carved gemstone pendants, raw crystal pieces, druzy pendants, and one-of-a-kind sterling silver pieces, and custom wire wrapped pendants.

Why Fair Trade? Fair trade ensures that companies in developed countries pay producers in developing countries a fair price. Let’s put ourselves in the shoes of another person, a farmer with a family in India or Latin America. You work really hard everyday for many hours under the sun, with no security and work in terrible conditions. You may still live in extreme poverty and your income is less than minimal. There are companies that will take advantage of you. This is an example of why it is important to buy Fair Trade products.

We are happy to replace or refund your purchase price for a defective item within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at info@soulsidekick.com or stop by the shop within 15 days of your online purchase.

If you see something you like that is out of stock, let us know. You can email us at info @soulsidekick.com or call us at 513.228.2586. We may be able to find you something similar. However, many of our products are one-of-a kind, and it may not be possible to replicate something exactly. We will however do our best to find you another similar, or lovely item, that speaks to your soul.

We have a few ways to shop at Soul Sidekick Boutique! You can buy anything on the website at any time. Our Lebanon store is open Fridays and Saturdays 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the week, just call and let us know when you want to arrange a time to stop in and visit. You can also find us most Saturdays and Sundays at Findlay Market (weather permitting) in a pop-up tent near the front entrance. We usually have several pop-up shops happening around the Cincinnati area on any given weekend, just email us and we will let you know our show schedule. Soul Sidekick Boutique reduces, reuses, and recycles whenever possible. We operate at nearly zero waste in our office recycling and reusing everything from used toners to batteries, polybags to Styrofoam, and boxes to paper; we strive to make sure that we are always doing our part in preserving and bettering the environment.

Soul Sidekick Boutique is actively engaged in the local community in various ways. First, we are members of our Lebanon chamber of commerce. We also organize an annual event called the Lebanon Handmade Festival to help showcase local artisans and support our local economy. Lastly, each year, we select a local organization to which we contribute. For 2022/2023, we are contributing to SAFE on Main. SAFE on Main is dedicated to the safety, healing, and empowerment of survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, while creating a supportive and knowledgeable community through prevention education. We support their vision of a healthy, thriving community that is violence free and safe for everyone.
